Refund & Cancellation Policy

COIN PURCHASES

• Coin purchases are final once coins are credited to your wallet.
• If money was debited but coins were not credited, contact us with your transaction ID / UTR. After verification we will credit the coins or refund the amount to the original payment method.

TOURNAMENT ENTRY FEES

• If Rozgar Esports cancels a match, the full entry fee is refunded to your wallet automatically, to the same coin category it was paid from.
• If you leave a match voluntarily after joining, the entry fee is not refunded.
• Not joining the room on time, using a different in-game name or being disqualified for rule violations is not eligible for a refund.

WITHDRAWALS

• If a withdrawal request is rejected, the coins are returned to your winnings balance with the reason.
• Approved withdrawals are paid to the UPI ID you provided. Please make sure it is correct.

USER-CREATED TOURNAMENTS

• The platform charge is non-refundable.
• The prize deposit is returned if the tournament is rejected or cancelled by us.
